Day 48 – Differentiation Graph Match

I had the students do a graph match today where they had a set of function graphs, a set of derivative graphs and they had to match them up. Before they started though, I had them highlight the graphs to know what they were looking for. On the derivatives they highlighted where the function was increasing and decreasing, and on the function they highlighted where the values where positive and negative. I think that this really helped them distinguish between what they were looking for on each function.

Also, I love having them color and glue!! It's so amusing to see seniors do arts and crafts.
