We had a quiz on Thursday, and I felt like a lot of students did really poorly on simple integration problems. This week, we are going to remedy that by drilling indefinite Integrals every day at the beginning of the class. I put this up and put a timer for four minutes. I stopped them at four minutes and showed the answers. I am hoping that even if they don't get all six at first, they will get more and more each day until they are getting all of them. I don't want basic integration to be a tripping point… Their brains should be free to think about the hard part of the course!
